POLICIES

My hours are 6pm-11pm Mondays through Fridays and 11am-11pm on Saturdays.  Usually, same-day appointments are very difficult to fill.  If you would like to make an appointment, please try to give me at least 24 hours notice.

Occasionally, there may be additional fees for your sessions.  These would be for:

• Appointment times outside my normal business hours

• Massage sessions longer than 90 minutes

• Chair sessions longer than 30 minutes

• Travel location further than 25 miles

I accept cash, credit cards, and Venmo.  Checks are not accepted.  Generally, payment is due at the end of the session.

Gratuity is NEVER expected, but will ALWAYS be appreciated.  You will always receive my best, regardless of whether or not you leave gratuity.  And the correct amount to leave is whatever you feel is appropriate.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel.  This will allow me the possibility to offer that time slot to another client.  I understand that sometimes life happens and appointments can't be kept, but if you communicate with me in a timely manner, I'm more likely to work with you.  Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may require up to 50% payment of the missed session before another appointment can be made, and any future appointments may need to be pre-paid in advanced.

Massage therapists are generally not considered covered entities under HIPAA unless they transmit health information electronically in connection with HIPAA-covered transactions, such as submitting insurance claims. However, safeguarding my client's privacy and maintaining confidentiality is of the utmost importance to me.  Client details will remain private, unless you have given written permission to share it with specific parties.

If at any point during the session the client requests, gestures, or becomes physical in any sexual manner, the massage will end immediately and payment will be due in full.  Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
